One of Russia's most wanted men, Chechen warlord Doku Umarov, has ordered the deadly suicide bomb attack on 24 January on the arrival of the Moscow airport , where 36 people dead and 180 injured. He declared that the attack was a response to "Russian crimes in the Caucasus".
