Latest news: Former White House chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel will be the next mayor.Emanuel Chicago received 55 percent of the votes on Tuesday the mayor of primary and avoid a second round of elections. Gery Chico, former president of Chicago's public schools, received 24 percent of the votes and won second place. Since leaving the White House last year, Emmanuel has been a favorite in the race of the mayor. He leads in public opinion and raised more money than his opponents, but his campaign was not without a fight
