Latest news: Calgary man was stabbed in the forehead with a needle, trying to stop a vehicle burglary last week.Police said about 11 am Thursday, a man on the fourth level Parkade at 231 Sixth Avenue. S.W. I saw another man apparently trying to break into vehicle.While he called 911 to report the incident, he was attacked from behind the second suspect. victim was struck on the ground and as he got up, was stabbed in the head syringe.The needle broke off in his forehead.The suspect then swung at the man several times with an unknown object, causing the slash to his jacket.He rolled under his vehicle in an attempt to protect himself and the two suspects took off. He was taken to hospital, treated and released.
