In California a meat producer has recalled 3,170 pounds of ground beef that they fear may be infected with E. coli . It is a deadly germ that can cause bloody diarrhea, dehydration and kidney failure.As per Inspection Service no illnesses have been reported from the bulk ground beef and patties .The affected beef was produced on Jan. 31 and distributed under the "American Companies" label.
